We booked our family trip with our kids back in February 2023. They took our money for payment in May 2023. They canceled our trip the day before we were scheduled to set sail as we were traveling to Amalfi. They listed our same trip for the same day for $1,000 USD more. They are crooked and in the business of ruining family trips. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

their boat canceled on them and they went above and beyond to get us another boat… all these reviews about cancellations are directed towards the wrong people. they rent boats and the boat they rented is the one that cancelled not them. they gave us contacts for a different boat and made sure we were taken care of. great, ethical, company

Last-Minute Reservation Cancellation for Profit GainsI recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with sail and fun that engaged in the unethical practice of canceling my reservation with only 24 hours' notice, despite having booked it four months in advance. The sole purpose of this cancellation was to offer the same tour to other customers at an exorbitant price, a staggering $1,000 more than our original booking. I cannot express enough how unethical and deceitful this behavior is.First and foremost, the act of canceling a reservation with such short notice after a lengthy booking period is completely inconsiderate and disrespectful to customers. It shows a complete disregard for the time and effort invested in planning the trip, not to mention the inconvenience caused by having to find alternative arrangements at the last minute. It is clear that the sail and fun's priority lies solely in maximizing their profits, with no regard for the negative impact on customers.Furthermore, the intentional decision to offer the same tour at an inflated price is outright exploitative. It is a blatant attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who may not be aware of the original price or have the time to seek out alternative options. This opportunistic behavior highlights the company's lack of integrity and reveals their true motive: greed.A reputable and ethical business should prioritize customer satisfaction, transparency, and fair practices. Unfortunately, sail and fun failed on all accounts. Cancelling a long-standing reservation for financial gain not only tarnishes their reputation but also damages the trust of potential customers who may have considered booking with them in the future.It is disheartening to witness such unethical practices persist in the travel industry. As consumers, we should hold companies accountable for their actions and voice our concerns. In this case, I strongly urge others to think twice before engaging with this particular company, as their actions demonstrate a lack of respect.Last-minute cancellation of a reservation made four months in advance, solely for the purpose of offering the same tour at an inflated price, is a reprehensible and unethical practice. Such behavior undermines trust, disregards customer satisfaction, and perpetuates an atmosphere of dishonesty within the industry. As travelers, we deserve better!

Nonostante le condizioni meteo non del tutto favorevoli i ragazzi hanno saputo proporci un itinerario alternativo al nostro ma altrettanto valido, consigliandoci posti stupendi e riservandoci un trattamento eccezionale…vere e proprie guide turistiche oltre che validissimi skipper! Aperitivo abbondantissimo (cibo e drink) e frutta nel pomeriggio. Qualità/prezzo top. Ci rivedremo prima possibile!

Abbiamo trascorso un giorno fantastico. Giuseppe è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ad organizzare il tour in base alle proprie esigenze. Aperitivi e frutta abbondanti e compresi nel prezzo. Lo skipper Nino e l'accompagnatrice Annachiara sono stati carinissimi per tutto il tempo. Qualità/prezzo ottimo e il porto di Marina di Stabia è comodo ed elegante. Il giro in barca con sailefun ne vale davvero la pena. Un'intera giornata dedicata a noi❤️Grazie
