Wonderful experience. Christina was incredible, as was the food we cooked. We made tiramisu, risotto, and tagliatelle pasta, and then enjoyed it all together. I have even more appreciation for the cuisine of Northern Italy and Verona, and can’t wait to apply this knowledge back home!

The experience was amazing and we will be recommending any of the classes to our friends who travel here. We took the classic pasta, risotto and dessert class and it was amazing. You would see the passion through the cook eyes and taste it in the meal!

Had a wonderful experience at this cooking class, we prepared home made Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Risotto Amarone and Tiramisu. All local authentic recipes. All recipes were good but the Pasta and Tomato Sauce blew my mind. You also get a QR code which allows you to download a small recipe book so that you can cook it at home. I would recommend this to anyone interested in cooking.

My wife and I had a lovely time making gelato with chef Max. We enjoyed the hands-on experience making three different types of gelato and then tasting them all at the end - on their own and also combined with other interesting toppings! We also had a go at making some biscuits. This was an activity suitable for people of all ages. Special thanks to Max who was the perfect host - friendly and always happy to answer our curiosities. We highly recommend this.

Had a wonderful time being taught by Christina. An excellent enthusiastic instructor who loves what she does. We participated in the gelato making course. They also have other offerings (cooking classes and team building activities for companies). We spent a couple of hours learning and meeting new people from Norway, Germany, England and Canada. The class only has limited participants and at the end, time to savor the gelato that has been made. If giving them a try make sure you have an appetite.
