Coffee is terrible. Service isn't their fault, they are always training. Can't get orders correct and coffees are too small and NOT Italian.

Ordered a hot Chai Latte. It wasn't an iced chai but it was definitely not hot. The batista said she didn't know how to make a chai latte. I think all she did was pour the chai mix in with some milk. Don't think I will go back.
