Diadema Cooking School

Took a cooking class here with my wife. We made pasta and tiramisu. It was very fun and the head chef was incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking school experience and were very appreciative that it went ahead with only the two of us enrolled. Marco was very knowledgeable and keen to share information about the local area, the country and its history, culture and of course the food. We began with a visit to the Central Markets, which was very cold in winter, we had a few tastings and collected meat for the cooking experience. We watched and learnt how to make a real bolognese sauce and a cherry tomato sauce, gaining tips on how to bring out the most flavours. We made tiramisu together and had a bit of a break with more tastings and Chianti. We also learnt how to make pasta and formed it into tagliatelle and ravioli and then got to eat it all. Everything we learnt will be easy to repeat once we get home again and will remind us of this excellent experience.

Wonderful time making pasta and tiramisu. John and Katrina were our chefs. They did s great job. It was fun to make pasta as I have never done that before.I recommend this class. It is about 5 hours long so plan accordingly. You get a tour of the local market which is fun an informative. Sone samples of meat and cheese are provided and were yummy.

Absolutely awesome. Such professionals. Really impressed with the level of detail and knowledge they share. You get your own pizza, and a great demo of how to make gelato. And a cookbook at the end with even more recipes! Thank you, team. We had such a great time!

We had a fantastic experience with diadema cooking school. The company is well organized and we found the experience to be informative, fun, and very very delicious. It was one of the most memorable highlights of our 21 days in Italy. Highly recommend!

If you want to have a lot of fun and learn how to make pizza and eat some of the best gelato you’ve ever tasted, take this class. Kevin and Nicolo are awesome, funny, informative, and helpful.
