Bellissima location, gestita da persone cortesi, disponibili ma al tempo stesso professionali. Sembra quasi di stare a casa. Colazione infinita e buonissima. Grande Roberto! Ho visitato anche l' acetaia illustrata con molta competenza dal figlio.Ci tornerò e la consiglio a tutti!

We had a perfect stay. Great Host, beautiful building, clean and comfy Room. We would absolutely recommend it and would definitely stay here again. It’s a great combination to visit the wonderful city of Modena and have some calm and restorative nights in the beautiful surrounding landscape. Grazie Roberto!

Siamo stati presso presso Villa Matildis e non possiamo che dare 5 stelle per la favolosa accoglienza di Roberto e Antonella che hanno curato ogni dettaglio della struttura. La colazione ottima e abbondante, ma non dovete perdere la visita alla loro acetaia che Roberto cura personalmente; Vi racconterà ogni dettaglio della produzione e della storia del famoso Aceto Balsamico di Modena.

Peccato non ci siano più stelle, bellissima struttura, pulitissima, situata in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti in auto dal centro di Modena. I titolari poi, sono quella marcia in più che qualsiasi struttura del genere dovrebbe avere, disponibilissimi, gentili, e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Da non perdere. Grazie Sig. A beautiful and quaint bed and breakfast. Owned by an older couple, they bought and remodeled this house decades ago. They are so hospitable and friendly, it feels like your visiting family. Keep in mind that this is a quiet village a few miles outside of Modena, so having a car is a definite plus. But if you don't, the house is only a couple of blocks from the bus stop and they have bikes you can borrow.The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished. The patio where you eat breakfast is so beautiful and peaceful. The garden is well established. I would definitely come here again and would recommend to anyone! They also make their own balsamic vinegar that is wonderful!!There is also a couple of great restaurants within just a few minutes walk

This is a magical place.. beautiful Villa in a beautiful garden. Roberto and his wife fantastic hosts. My daughter and I stayed one night to go to concert at RCF Arena. We felt that we were invited to their home. In the morning the breakfast was a big nice surprise… extremely delicious variety of options. Thank you.. my husband and I will be back to stay and visit Modena..

Chapeau a Roberto ed alla sua famigliola (cane compreso)! In pochissimo tempo hanno creato dal nulla una struttura romantica ed al contempo elegante. Quì, se si vuole, si può rallentare il tempo e godere il distillato dei piccoli, grandi piaceri della vita. Buona cucina, ottimo vino, servizio impeccabile, rapporti umani caldi ma mai banali.Consiglio, pertanto, di tutto cuore una sosta, anche se breve, a Villa Matildis.Ma senza fretta e senza assilli!Perchè ......Passa il tempo sopra il tempo
