También zona de lavadoras y planchado.Planta principal con grandes estancias que son salón, cocina totalmente equipada moderna y con loMejor de electrodomésticos, comedor con zona de chimenea, despacho, todo con ventanales al entorno idílico.Planta primera , 4 dormitorios y en la planta segunda y abuardillada 5 dormitorio más todos con sus baños.Un ascensor hace a los vagos no subir y bajar escaleras.En los jardines enorme piscina infinity al lago , pantalan sobre el agua, comedores exteriores, zona a parte de varías lavadores a secadores una lavandería en toda regla.Y ya no solo es todo lo que ofrece esta Villa si no la buena energía se percibe y la limpieza perfecta.Pensamos volver en verano que ya ahora en otoño hace frío y no podemos disfrutar el exterior.

The love for this place will forever be in our hearts.Would we recommend Villa Caratti? Undoubtedly, yes. If you appreciate the finer things in life. The aesthetics of design, art and personal vision. We certainly do. More amore to you, Villa Caratti!

Il luogo è splendido ma il personale assolutamente inadeguato. Inutile.Visto delle signore portare giù dal terzo piano grosse valigie e loro lì a guardare....mah!

Villa Caratti is beautiful. The property has been restored and finished to a very high standard and is maintained and hosted by the owner, Daniel. He couldn’t be more accommodating or helpful. All our enquires and requests were dealt with immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. Any feedback given by us was gratefully received. The villa is perfectly located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda between the towns of Garda and Torri del Benaco. Nine comfortable bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, two well equipped kitchens, two swimming pools, a spa, a cinema room......the list goes on! I look forward to returning to Villa Caratti .
