Just in Italian. Like an ATM, not a deutsche bank.

Bank location is in a popular shopping section of Venice. Entry to ATM is through a secure door. No problems using machine. Typically dispenses large bills, but what ATM doesn't.

The bank has updated its language options: it is available in English as well! Also no additional fees.

It moved! Go to Corte Teatro, 4604, 30124 Venezia, Italy. I added it.

Very convenient location and always worked when I was in Venice. In night or off hours you need to swipe your card at main door to get inside of the ATM room.

I can only speak about my atm experience. It rejected my Bank Of America debit card (worked at other banks). The atm is only in Italian.

Incopetenti ho chiesto se fornivano un servizio di carte credito revolving, banca segnalata sul loro sito, mi hanno risposto che loro erano la DEUTSCHE BANK beh allora?

Nur auf Italienisch! Und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich, wenn ich mich an sie wendete. Ziemlich schlimme Erfahrung!

Came to use the ATM at around 3PM on a weekday but the ATM had run out of money. Went in to talk to the staff, and were told they could do nothing as they did not manage the ATM. They said it would probably be replenished at 5PM, by which they had already conveniently left the office. When we tried the ATM again, a receipt was issued and a message said to wait for the cash. Anyone else see a huge red flag in the process here? Surprise surprise, no cash came out.Came back the next day to see a piece of paper on the ATM saying it was closed for maintenance. Went in to talk to the staff again, only to get more of the same service. I guess they could have put the sign on the staff desks too. We got 99 problems and the bank was all of it.
