Appalling test centre. NO signage, NO English speakers, complete chaos. It took us 1.5 hours to get out of there, and we booked in advance. Clients in tears, children crying, adults crying, staff completely unsympathetic and clueless. Out of control. One elderly man was made to sit in a wheelchair outdoors in 2 degree chilly weather, NO ONE helped him. I am still in SHOCK at the utter chaos and lack of humanity. This company should be shut down, they’re incapable of providing any care or service at all.UPDATE: after paying over €300 for “same day” tests, we’re STILL waiting on my husbands official certificate, 4 hours before flight. Absolute criminals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ottimo trattamento nel fare un tampone rapido per il Covid-19; veloci, professionali, organizzati. In pochi minuti è arrivata nella mail personale il risultato. Bravi.

Very fast and efficient. Go to the first small office to sign in and pay, then proceed to the second small office to get tested. The results took 15 minutes and I was given a printed copy for my records.This testing center in in P4 but you can also walk to it from the terminal.

Easy, friendly, reliableWent there at about 10.00 am for the PCR, after 15 minutes it was done (had only 3 persons in the line) and got the result at 9.00 pm at the same day by email. Just perfect! It's easy to find, just at P4 where the watertaxis are located.

Staff were friendly, spoke English, and quick. Received my rapid antigen test results in 15 minutes on a Saturday evening, around 6:30pm. Park at the P4 lot next to the testing facility. It was free to exit the lot.

Testlocation very accessible even with camper and wheelchair. Takes 15 minutes in total. Fingers crossed for a good result.
