Sono stata in questa splendida location per il mio compleanno! Inutile dire che il cibo è stato superlativo, sia per gusto che per presentazione. Il personale simpatico e disponibile, in particolare voglio ringraziare Niccolò ed il suo collega biondo di cui purtroppo non so il nome, per aver reso la serata ancora più speciale e aver coccolato me e il mio ragazzo per tutta la cena!Decisamente merita una visita!

Location meravigliosa!La nostra esperienza in questo magnifico ristorante stellato è stata superlativa: cibo buonissimo curato nei minimi dettagli, personale davvero preparato e giovane!Ci hanno fatto passare una splendida serata. Vino di ottima qualità!Grazie a tutti i ragazzi, in particolare ad Anna, Niccolò ed Edoardo…. Ma bravi tutti!Un caro saluto

We had outstanding meal in this restaurant, it was a hot summers evening so we got to sit outside whilst admiring the wonderful Tuscan sunset. The food was Italian fine dining at its best, service was a little formal but overall we had a wonderful time. If you are in the area and want somewhere to go for a special meal I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Quite disappointing experienceThe taste of every dish was not even close to where a one Michelin star place should be at.At best it was an average taste.The service was also not where a Michelin star restaurant needs to be at.Not very friendly, very inexperienced and on top that night it took forever to get the courses.Last but not least, despite knowing that the restaurant is at Banfi, I was quite disappointed to be served only Banfi wines. I think a place like this should either be a real high end restaurant and as such they should be confident enough to also serve other wines, or they just see this as a Banfi experience.Since it was short after reopening, they all might have been a little rusty but unfortunately I will not come back again

We had a lovely dinner here. Overall it was what you would expect for a Michelin restaurant; excellent service and food in an upscale environment. We felt a bit pressured into ordering the tasting menu or additional food items, but not overly so. The staff bringing and describing the food were incredibly friendly and informative. All in all delicious upscale Tuscan cuisine, we certainly would go back when we're in the area.
