Location molto particolare e curata, servizio al tavolo eccellente. Belli gli impiattamenti e buono il cibo di cui però nulla ci ha particolarmente colpito a parte l'ottimo entree con il gambero crudo.

Das Ristorante ist dem Hotel Certosa angeschlossen, ist aber für jeden Gast zugänglich. Wir sind das dritte Jahr in Folge im Certosa und genießen die ausgezeichnete Küche inklusive hervorragender Beratung zu den begleitenden Weinen unter der Leitung von Antonio Marchi. Aktuell gibt es die Herbstkarte mit typischen Zutaten wie Kürbis, Wildschwein und Weintrauben. Ein Degustationsmenü inklusive Weinen für 90€ und viele ausgefallene Gerichte a La Carte. Die Wahl fällt schwer! Der Küchenchef arbeitet nach meiner Auffassung an einer Michelin Erwähnung bzw. Stern! Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich mit Fokus auf Weine aus der Toskana u.a. Von den Weingütern La Lastra, Il Colombaio, Dievole, Barone Ricasoli. Der Service ist großartig und sehr flexibel, auch kurzfristige Änderungen werden umgesetzt. Es gibt regelmäßig Barbecue Abende oder auch Weinverkostungen. Es gibt ein eigenes Olivenöl im Certosa, welches ausgezeichnet ist. Kann man an der Rezeption kaufen. Unbedingt ausprobieren, wenn man in Siena weilt!

Posto davvero incantevole con ottimo servizio per farvi sentire sempre coccolati. Sono presenti dei chiostri antichi ed un campanile...FUNZIONANTE!

Excellente soirée ! Accueil très chaleureux de tout le personnel ! Je vous conseille le menu dégustation et une sélection de vins au verre qui est parfaite pour chacun des mets servis. Prix très raisonnable. Charme garanti ! A voir et à revoir.

Beautiful outdoor seating; live music with great landscaping. Was in a group of 13 with a reservation, of which we submitted our dinner selections days before. Upon arrival, the waitress individually reviewed our choices. Then the manager and waitress did this two more times to each person. Despite this, just about every persons meal was inaccurate. The portions were small, and the quality meh, and very overpriced. Charged 15 euros for a side salad, and the vinaigrette wasn't brought out for 15 minutes afterwards. Apps/first/second courses jumbled, and were brought out one at a time. We were there for FOUR hours total, and had to keep asking to request the bill, which were once again painstakingly brought one at a time. Seemed ongoing confusion with the waitress, manager, etc. Not a smooth interaction with any one of us at any point. Many better places to try in Sienna.

Perfect experience in all dimensions of the meal. Cocktails, antipasti, meal, dessert. Expert staff. Attentive but not excessive. Romantic setting. We'll be back.

Good food! A little bit to quick with the next course so you are done with your dinner within the 2 hours. The rest was amazing!
