How their NOT serious it's incredible .first it was hard to get AN answer to phones then they make us wait for days to see just one house ,two minutes before appointment they told me its gone..incredible UNPROFESSIONAL and spoiled attitude

I really enjoyed working with the woman in this agency that represented the owner of Via Camolia 143, HOWEVER, their client is dishonest and not a person you want to lease from. This man lied about damage we did to a table that is not even his and refused to refund the appropriate portion of our deposit. Not only that, but he demanded that we leave the apartment early than we initially wanted so he could come back from England to watch the Palio. We paid for the days, but we were not given credit for leaving early. I guess if he's that poverty stricken he can have the remainder as a deposit as a gift from us to help him feed his children. Obviously the man needs to steal and lie to do so. I would highly recommend that anyone looking at leasing Via Camolia 143 think again or make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING in the house. Also, the refrigerator is going out, don't let them stick you with damage to appliances, their IKEA cabinetry in the kitchen wasn't put together properly and the screws are coming looks on the drawer fronts, note that in a contract, and there is no air conditioning or fans in the home, so it is nearly impossible to sleep when the temperature is above 35 c.
