Perche non viene controllato bene il lavoro

Gianpaolo Steffe è onesto, veloce e puntuale.Da quando mi sono rivolta a lui risparmio e ho molti meno problemi.

paolo (mr. steffe) and his staff are simply god sent! we bought an apartment with a 20 year old boiler that was not well maintained by previous owner, so when we moved in 6 weeks ago, it was working temperamentally. most of time it was perfectly fine; but then it would just stop working. so when it stopped working again yesterday, i had to contact the office for an emergency repair. since we do not speak italian, i was so delighted to have received an email response in perfect english from sara! not only does sara write in perfect english, she was also very responsive and clear! today, paolo and luka showed up right when they said they would! mr. paolo and luka went straight to work. they worked diligently for 3 hours, replaced several parts and cleaned the inside of the boiler so well it looks now almost brand new! furthermore, paolo did not tell me that i should just go ahead and get a new one (not a cheap approach!) instead he told me that today's work should breath some new life into the old unit, and then it fails again, we can replace it with a new one! the honesty is such breath of fresh air! oh, last but not the least, the price is beautiful too! i would not go to other places for my plumbing needs from now on.
