Nous avons passé la plus incroyable journée à visiter Positano et Sorrente. Salvatore a été adorable avec notre famille et nos jeunes enfants. Il a fait beaucoup d'effort pour que cette journée soit la plus confortable pour notre famille. Salvatore était aussi un excellent guide qui nous a raconté pleins d'anecdotes passionnantes! We just returned (September 2017) from a cruise around Italy with our family of 4 (me my husband and our two children ages 1 and 3) and Naples Tour Service was FANTASTIC. We wanted to go to Capri, have lunch in Sorrento and end the day in Pompeii - a VERY ambitious schedule for one day in port with two little children, but our guide Sofia and driver Salvatore were able to pull it off without a hitch. We were met first thing in the morning right on time with Salvatore holding a sign with our name - super reliable and easy to find. Having a big clean private car to leave our things (stroller, car seat...etc.) was so helpful. We then drove to meet Sofia at the hydrafoil dock and she took care of our tickets and entrances all day, and with her guide pass was able to bypass all lines (including later at Pompeii). Sofia learned what we were interested in and adjusted the day accordingly as we went on. Having a private tour made us nimble and able to see and do much more than the big bus tours. We returned back to the ship on time, exhausted and elated. And the cherry on top was doing a private tour that we arranged ourselves was actually less expensive than if we had taken our family on the same large group tour arranged through the ship - a win win all around!

My husband and I, have celebrated our Anniversary this past July on the NCL Epic med cruise and I wanted to make this vacation perfect in every details. We also arranged with them a tour in Rome and Florence for our next stops and they were without hesitation the best tours we never had. My family took the Vesuvius/Herculaneum tour at a cost of 350 Euro. We paid an additional 110 Euro for a private guide at Herculaneum. The private guide was great and clearly not part of Naples Tour Service, she was an independent hire. The bus driver actually charged her 5 euro to ride from the entrance to the end of the street, after we had waited 20 minutes for him to show up after the agreed upon end time. Seriously?The tour" was actually a taxi ride. Not a word from the driver in the car or even a pre-recorded tour type info tape about the Naples area or volcano. The email detail also said there would be time to have lunch between the two stops but the bus driver didn't stop or suggest any place

My family took a tour of Capri, Sorrento, and Positano with Naples Tour Service in late May 2019. I can't say enough nice things about this company and the service they provide. Ludovico helped plan a beautiful trip based on what we told him were the things we wished to see. The itinerary he developed was, in a word, perfect! Now let's talk about our tour guides. Fabio showed us all around Capri and helped us to navigate the ferries and the funicular. He gave us a great understanding about the geography of the Naples area and of Capri itself. He took us to the most incredibly beautiful place on earth and then gave us a terrific tour of the island. He then took us to meet our guide, Salvatore, for the next part of the tour, Sorrento and Positano. Salvatore took us to the most picturesque spots for pictures and walking around the towns. Both Fabio and Salvatore were charming, helpful, well-informed and just terrific! I would highly recommend using the Naples Tour Service. You will have a fantastic experience!
