Worst experience ever! The staff at the ticket office were rude and not helpful at all! Zero respect for tourist and you’re paying €27 per person to be treated poorly and disrespected. Plus the tour guide was beyond rude and down right nasty. NEVER AGAIN!

La mujer que nos ha atendido muy poco simpática y sin ganas de explicar los tipos de pases que hay para visitar los edificios en torno a la torre de Pisa. Además, ha empezado a decir cosas en italiano como diciendo que que paciencia hay que tener, Dios Santo y ha sido totalmente ofensiva.

No respect for tourists. You have to pay 2 EUR to leave a small bag with a bottle of water. As I Museum not possible to enter with water.
