Fatima was an absolute dream to work with. She created the most magical day for us. Her planning was top notch and absolutely all of her recommendations were spot on. She is a true master of her craft. From the location, to the photographer, flowers/decorations and make artists I could not have been happier. Our family and friends still talk about what a magical experience it was. I would HIGHLY recommend Fatima to EVERYONE. We planned the wedding from the US without ever doing a site visit or even meeting any of the vendors beforehand. We also only gave her 6-months to plan it and we kept changing the headcount. Fatima made sure we were comfortable with all decisions but honestly, there was nothing to even worry about. Everything was absolutely perfect. This is what planning a wedding should be like. Effortless. Allowing the couple to focus on what matters and Fatima will take care of the rest. I am truly astounded at what an incredible job she did. If you want to plan a wedding in Umbria, stop looking and go hire Fatima. You will not be disappointed.

It was a wonderful experience working with Fatima for our wedding. We’re from Canada and got married at Roccafiore in Umbria which was a leap of faith since we never saw the venue until we arrived for our wedding, but Fatima was able to execute our vision. She was able to find us the right vendors for our budget and alleviate the stress of dealing and communicating with them. It’s a bit tough not being so involved since it’s a destination wedding but trust she knows what she’s doing!! Fatima and her team were also able to handle the minor issues that happened on the wedding day to ensure everything was perfect.

Fatima has been amazing! She has true passion for her profession. Our wedding on june 3rd 2023 would not have been this amazing without her. We had such a wonderful experience planning our wedding with Fatima. She is so kind and lovely and really cares about creating a perfect wedding day for her clients. Our wedding was more that we could have dreamed it would be! We live in the US so there was a lot of fear initially planning a wedding in Italy without being able to go see venues and meet vendors. She guided us through all of the planning giving recommendations to make our vision come to life. She took much of the stress out of planning a wedding and was there for us the day before and the day of our wedding from beginning to end... even through a rainstorm she made sure everything was perfect! We feel so lucky to have had her as our planner and could not recommend her enough!

After our wedding on the 7.7.17 in Todi, Umbria, Fatima (Umbria Weddings and Events) deserves only the highest of recommendations.Fatima's skill, commitment, passion, persistency and knowledge of the area, allowed Kristen (Irish) and myself (Scottish) living in Toronto to marry both civilly and within the catholic church in Umbria.Fatima's organisational skills relieved any stress from us prior to the wedding but most importantly, on the wedding day. We never had to worry about a thing and got to enjoy two full days of being with our 120 guests who had flown in from all over the world.Throughout the year of preparations, Fatima's advice,support and hard work allowed our Kris and I and our guests to experience what we say was, 'The best wedding!' We get married in June 2021.We are Polish / Italian couple living in Switzerland - getting married in Italy... It was complicated and without Fatima's help it would not be possible.
