Though I’m not a big fan of crowded cities, Iulia, our guide, was able to charm me completely with her bike tour of Florence. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and joy can only be contagious. Thanks to our guide, the urge to know more, made me buy a book of the history of Florence and the Medici’s at the end of my trip. Now I see even better what she was meaning and how vibrant the city use to be during the centuries. I came back home and 1 week after I still have in my mind Florence and the incredible, exceptional, amazing tour I had with Iulia, organized by Florence Tours. A huge thanks for all the emotion created!

Disappointing. The office staff were wonderful but our tour guide was not so good. Tour guide was very knowlegable but he seemed to be in such a hurry and was sometimes so far ahead on his bike we lost radio contact. When he was describing land marks we could not see where he was pointing so we're left wondering. When we reached the top of a hill he realised we had 'lost' some of the group. His history knowledge was clearly excellent but not his group leadership skills. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Amazing tour to see the city of Florence in a fun way! Our tour guide Lorenzo made sure we knew all about the most beautiful places, churches worth visiting and the secret passageway of the Medici. Out of nowhere it started to rain, but of course Lorenzo knew the perfect spot to hide out. Our tour was extended without questions asked and while we were waiting Lorenzo was firing fun facts by the second and left no questions unanswered! Lastly, we decided to go up to the piazzale Michelangelo, which was definitely worth the ride! Would recommend to especially do this on your first day in Florence.

We absolutely loved the whole experience! The bike tour is the perfect way to get to know this beautiful city, because with Iulia you will find out all the secrets, from historical curiosities and anecdotes to amazing places to check out on your own. Hands down the best guided tour we ever had! We also booked the Academia with Eliza as our guide, who is so passionate when talking about Florentine art and history, that she will make you feel as if you were peeking into the past and discovered everything yourself for the first time. One important thing that remained in our minds is that we must visit Florence again!

My girlfriend and I booked the Michaelangelo’s David Walking Tour which we enjoyed thoroughly thanks to our very informative and organised guide Antonelli. The queuing outside the Academy is utter chaos and our guide kept us all together and into the line for Guided Tour groups quickly with little effort and a short wait. We really felt that we had our own private guides tour the way the guide really talks to you even with the broadcast headset. Our guide is very knowledgable, interesting, entertaining and really knitted the details of Michaclangelo’s life, study, education and politics to show how and why David was crated after 40years of the statues original marble being rejected by famous sculptors until Michaelangelo returned to Florence. Thank you for a fantastic and fascinating afternoon tour

Thoroughly enjoyed our bike tour. Daniele was a fantastic and passionate tour guide. He provided so much insight and he really knows his stuff! He also made sure everyone was safe and was able to keep up with the tour. Highly recommend!
