He was integrally involved when we started looking at places, when we negotiated the deal on our selected property, and then provided invaluable help during the preliminary contract phase and the closing process, including attending the closing meeting and signing all the documents on our behalf. We have stayed connected since and he helped us get insurance and even coordinated between us and the insurance company on a claim we had (all for no additional cost).
