Dirty, run down, waisted opportunity for this community. These magnificent trees are forever old and worth something. Paint over the graffiti, patch the broken sidewalks, pickup the trash and service public trash cans and toilets. Bring in umbrellas, tables and chairs, Street food, music and some love... And you have something from nothing. Wasted opportunity Marsala and Sicily. I expected more from you fantastic people.
