Thank you to Sixt Cagliari airport for saving our Sardinia trip! Another car provider (AVIS/Budget) cancelled our car while we were on the plane, so on arrival we were stuck, as almost nobody else had any automatic cards left. We decided to try Sixt as a last resort, and the lovely woman at the counter found us the perfect car for an even better rate than our original booking. Really saved our trip and can’t thank her enough.

Flat Tire, middle of night, used Sixt assistance-hard to get English speaking assistants, tow truck came, we had to get taxi (expensive) to hotel, and then another taxi in morning to airport to get another car. No Ubers on Sardinia Island. Plus side the agents at desk were super nice. We did get all the insurance and should get reimbursed for taxi rides. Would be great to have tow assistance be able to repair or replace tire on the spot.

Personale molto gentile, ottima scelta del veicolo. Sono clienti Sixt da un po' e in futuro sceglierò di nuovo loro. Una delle poche (se non unica) aziende che permette di pagare con carta di debito! Decisamente consigliata.

Great experience renting our car in Cagliari airport. The staff are professional kind and informative. Vehicle selection provided for us was perfect for the nice windy roads on the island. I will definitely rent from SIXT in Sardinia when we return next year.

Great experience, guys in Sixt office very friendly. We got a free class update.No pressure and annoying things, we just grab the keys, and enjoy our vacation with a new BMW.Same on a drop off, we brought a car and keys, closed the contract and got our deposit back.Thanks for a good service!

Personale cortese e preparato, auto di fascia alta, nuove e pulite. Consiglio alla ditta di noleggio di mettere le scritte adesive, in prossimità delle cassette x la consegna delle chiavi al di fuori dell'apertura degli sportelli : Verificare l'interno dell'abitacolo

Buona fortuna , spero che abbiano migliorato il loro servizio a Elmas . L’ultima volta che ho avuto a che fare con questa società é stato un disastro: fatturato danni inesistenti, pressioni per acquistare una assicurazione complementare mentre avevo già pagato su Rent by car la copertura totale, doppio prelievo abusivo sulla mia carta di credito che avevo lasciato in garanzia e nessuna lettera di scuse …Vi basta ?

The service was flawless! We picked up the car in a simple and straightforward manner. Throughout the procedure, the Sales Assistant was incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful. She provided us a free upgrade on our vehicle selection. It was fantastic! We had the opportunity to drive a really excellent and almost brand new BMW 320. It was in perfect condition. We had this car for three days and absolutely loved it. The return of the car was made exceedingly simple by the clear instructions and photographs sent via email. This was the nicest rental car experience I've ever had, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.

Upon arrival at the Sixt counter, I was greeted by Giulia in a very polite and professional manner. While preparing the paperwork, she took the time to clearly explain all relevant details, directions to car collection, which is right outside the airport, car return, ect. I was provided with a brand new BMW X1 with automatic transmission. Fantastic car.The car return was also faultless, easy to find, once again right outside the airport terminal, extremely fast and efficient.From my experience, Sixt is by far the best Car rental company.
