Ronco Dell'Abate

Pessima esperienza senza precedenti, maleducazione e scortesia da parte di una certa Manuela che ci ha trattato come animali, tanto che alla fine abbiamo deciso di non pernottare e scegliere un altra struttura in cui effettuare il servizio fotografico per il quale l avevamo contattata perdendo 140 euro di prenotazione . Abbiamo contattato l amministrazione di booking riservandoci di inviare chat delle comunicazioni con l hotel in modo che loro stessi possano giudicare l' etica professionale di queste persone negate per i rapporti interpersonali e la cafonaggine che hanno usato sin dall inizio male organizzando tutta la prenotazione nonche orario del ceck in, ovviamente abbiamo in mano chat, email, sms etc. Quindi Sconsigliatissimo, non è il posto quanto lo staff che lo gestisce che fa la differenza nel servizio ed in questo caso è sotto la soglia di aspettative del consumatore, per il mio staff abituato agli shooting negli hotel non ci siamo mai trovati cosi male ed ovviamente metteremo in guardia i nostri colleghi nel nostro ambiente professionale onde evitare che incappino nella nostra pessima esperienza. Assolutamente DA EVITARE!

La struttura è incantevole in ogni suo aspetto. Location, personale, atmosfera. Non manca veramente nulla all’eccellenza.

Beautiful place, like a palace, comfortable beds, but.....WC sewage doesn't function, only after 3 or 4 flushes.There was no water, just some drips.... there a problem and I must say the reception girl solved everything, booked room in another place and gave back what we had paid for the 1st night.Pity all these problems because the hotel is really beautiful

Pessimo servizio, cafonaggine, trattamento scortese ai limiti della decenza. Uno di quei posti da evitare come la peste e con cui abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza senza precedenti

Fantastico. A beautiful early 20th C villa and gardens in a great spot above Como town. It's a bit of a walk from the centre but they will order you a taxi if you prefer. All the staff are super, very kind. A special mention to Lucia one of the managers and storied cook. Her book is fantastic, if you are interested in Italian Vegetarian cooking (who isnt !?? ) - La Cucina Verde" by Lucia Papponi.The suites are wonderfully authentic

My friend and I stayed for a girls trip and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff (Silvano and Therese) were very sweet and attentive. Highly recommend!

We had great few days at Ronco Dell'Abate this October. The house is something out of this world, beautiful, full of history and a bit quirky thanks to the combination of the styles that somehow work very well together. In addition, we had a great host, Silvano, who was helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. Being close but a bit outside of the Como's downtown, tucked in this house and its beautiful garden, worked very well for us. Thank you for the good times, we are looking forward to coming back here!

Very impressive place, worth to visit and feel spirit of Como, Italy. Love to come back again!
