I highly recommend renting the Villa Sambuco.I booked a 2 week stay at the Villa Sambuco for 5 couples. As I was responsible for the booking, you can imagine how happy I was to see that the photographs we viewed online were an actual representation of the property. There was plenty of room for 5 couples in this nearly 5000 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.The properly sits on 5 picturesque acres. The house is both large and cozy. Its décor is a perfect match to the style of the home. The furniture (including beds) is quality and very comfortable. Be sure to relax in one of the hanging hammock chairs, it’s a great place to nap.The house, the pool and the property were very well appointed and maintained. The owners have gone to great lengths to assure their guests are comfortable. They welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around the entire property. They have an accommodating staff that keeps the property beautiful. There was even a garden where we were able to pick vegetables. Lime, fig and other fruit trees can be found on the property.The Villa Sambuco has great places to gather like the 2 living rooms, large kitchen, enormous dining room, outdoor dining and pool area. All of these areas are large and comfortable for 10 people. There are also small, pretty spots to relax alone or watch the romantic sunset with the one you love.The Villa Sambuco is a peaceful private setting close to beautiful towns like Bolsena and Orvieto. There are many other small towns close by to explore.Everyone of us had a wonderful time. We wanted for nothing and all remarked on how well managed the house is. Renting a villa is great way to see some of Italy. We all made daily excursions, and some spent an evening in Rome and Florence. Having a house as a base was ideal.Important points to anyone looking to rent the Villa Sambuco;The property is fenced and secured by a remote control gate. This keeps the neighbor’s sheep out.The temperature was 85-89 degrees every day, the house was never hot. Probably because of it being a stone structure and the constant breezes that accompany being on the hill. Air conditioning is not necessary.We never ran short of hot water for showers despite having 10 people and the dishwasher running.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large dinners for the 10 of us. There were 3 different types of coffee makers, drip coffee, Nespresso and espresso.There are grills and an outdoor wood burning pizza oven.

Wir sind gerade hier auf Urlaub. Nach Androhung eines Anwalts hier die „geschönte“ Rezession:Nichts funktioniert, vieles ist nicht wie erwartet oder dargestellt und dafür zu teuer!Mein Fazit - nie mehr und Finger weg. ist nur mit Enttäuschung verbunden, man hat sich mehr verdient in seinem Urlaub!!Nicht buchen !! 0 Sterne wenn es gehen würde !!

The provider is only insufficiently supportive of compensation, although the deficiencies of the accommodation are clear. The provider offered a dirty and defective accommodation and did not take sufficient care of the problem solution.

Splendido... semplicemente splendido

Ho prenotato una splendida villa -lubrense- in Penisola Sorrentino. Bella casa, posizione super. Prima dì prenotare ho chiesto molte informazioni allo staff di Vacavilla. Sono stati veloci e precisi nel rispondere, e sopratutto la villa risponde perfettamente alla descrizione sul sito... anzi è anche meglio. Se dovessi riaffittare una villa in Italia, sicuramente chiederei a vacavilla.

Ho soggiornato in una struttura offerta dall'agenzia e dopo avermi mostrato molta disponibilità all'inizio, quando si è presentato un problema che ha causato un disagio importante (un temporale ha provocato infiltrazioni di acqua dal tetto all'interno di una camera da letto) hanno cambiato atteggiamento minimizzando e banalizzando ciò che era accaduto.
