After having an issue with the nearby SITA bus office, we went to the Tourism office to see if they could help get some information regarding timetables...they were great! They took the time to help us navigate the bus timetable information we were after even though it wasn't their responsibility.Grazie mille staff - my wife and I truly appreciated your assistance!

The Florence Tourism Office was a lifesaver. They were so helpful in helping me figure out how to use public transit to get to a remote part of Tuscany. Also, the free Internet and comfortable seating were great for me to relax and send some postcards to friends before embarking on the second half of my journey.

Very rude old lady! Clearly she is not happy with her job or she has successfully found a job to annoy turists. If the service was like this in the tourist office I'm just waiting to see the restaurant service

I highly recommend investing in microphones at your service - it was difficult to communicate as it was very loud in the room.But the consultant was as helpful as she could given the circumstances.
