Villa gets. A 10 on space , rooms and magnificent views. However accessibility is an issue. 10 minute difficult walk from the main road where bus stop is etc . Steep parts of road difficult for younger children or older travelers .

La villa è spaziosa, ben tenuta, immersa nel verde, e con una vista favolosa sulle isole campane. Le camere sono particolari, grandi, con vista mare. È offerta la possibilità di far cucinare una cuoca a una cifra modestissima. Il prezzo è piu che accettabile, viste le dimensioni e il relax che garantisce un soggiorno qui.

The villa has a stunning view over Capri and is a magnificent holiday home for a family stay. It is an old house and a little quirky so if you want 2021 IKEA style accommodation it’s not for you and it’s not perfect but it was just perfect for our family of 7, youngest 13. The public path which separates the main house from the extensive and lovely grounds around the pool offering another view of Capri is no big deal. We never saw anyone on it. The house itself has a pool room and a big lounge and a nice very usable and well equipped Italian style kitchen (not Scandinavian style or current showroom perfection but not an issue for us). The veranda around the house is just lovely and there are lots of places from which to relax with a drink and see the view or eat al fresco so everyone can congregate and also have their own space. There is even a sauna and a basic gym and I used the treadmill after a few days of too much delicious pizza - one such meal cooked on site by a lovely artisan pizza maker. The house is kept spotlessly clean also and the manager Giovanna and housemaid Claudia and partner Renato really couldn’t possibly have been more helpful. The access is quite tight so better not to come in a big car like a minivan if possible (like I did by mistake) -and if you don’t like dogs barking the short but steep walk into nearby Monticchio, where there are a couple of nice restaurants and a nice bar, will be a bit off putting. Also maybe not ideal for small children as there are lots of antiques and things you wouldn’t like them to break and lots of steps and steep bits like all of Sorrento. There is an area used as an office for a while most days by Giovanna which means she is on site to resolve things.Did we like it? Yes so much we want to come back. A place where you can really just chill and not have to leave for the entire time you are there. A uniquely charming and relaxing experience. A villa aptly named.

Tutto perfetto, accogliza, disponibilità, ovvio che una struttura cosi grande possa scappare qualche imperfezione ma il personale sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora l'ho provato

Un tuffo nella storia recente, una vista mozzafiato, ad un passo da Sorrento e Positano, camere grandi, grande attenzione ai particolari...tante possibilità di svago!! Una esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie Renato e Claudia!

E' stato un weekend da sogno!Un villa incredibilmente bella, inserita in un contesto meraviglioso, vista mozzafiato su Capri, da una parte e Napoli con il suo golfo, dall'altra.Proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno!Personale gentile e colazione da 10 e lode!Le sfogliatelle fatte in casa appena sveglia sono deliziose!
