To whom it may concernI have just been on Ryan Air flight FR589 from Pisa to London with your students.I am sadended to tell you that their behaviour was deplorable. Disrespectful, arrogant noisy and showed no consideration for the passengers on the flight or the staff on board. At stages making the flight quite unsafe. Many attempts were made to try plea with them but they did not care.Even breaking the law by standing in the walk ways when seat belts signs are checked displaying an Italian flag.I am ashamed for you.The child who sat behind me in swat 13b instigated a lot of it and should be confronted with his irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour.Kind regardsEmilio Bressan
