My goal was to create a private and intimate proposal that would be exclusively ours, and Pia's meticulous attention to detail ensured that we achieved just that. She provided fantastic recommendations for private dinners, shared captivating mock-ups of the proposal scene, and even helped calm my nerves. Pia was an amaizing planner for my wedding proposal. I wanted to create a very special moment for me and my now fiancé (she said yes!) in Puglia and I could not have done this without her. Pia replied within hours of reaching out and we were quickly planning the perfect proposal. Pia lives in Puglia and her knowledge of the region's most romantic places and vendors made the process extremely quick and smooth. Pia is dedicated and was extremely responsive sending me timely detailed updates as well as going on site to show me potential locations for the proposal (not to mention keeping in touch after to ensure I was fully satisfied). Her professionalism was also greatly appreciated. Finally, her photographer was also phenomenal. Her commitment to delivering our vision was high as she was able to execute all the small details that made things so memorable. Maria pia was the best! I was planning a small destination wedding in Italy (we are from the United States) and Maria pia was our lifeline. She was so knowledgeable, honest, and accessible - I felt so comfortable knowing everything was being taken care of from afar. Not only did she completely take care of the ceremony and reception, she helped me with the dinners before and after and transportation for all my international guests. She went above and beyond. All my guests kept saying how great of a time they had and how they loved all the small details that were included (all Maria’s suggestions). We felt defeated about planning a destination wedding until we met with Pia virtually over coffee. She was the only planner to suggest a meeting in this way, and when we met her, we already felt a part of Pia's team.Pia quickly became our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We never had a chance to visit our venue before the wedding, but Pia helped us plan a 3-day wedding event without visiting on-site and made sure to help us feel comfortable from afar. She went to all the venues and took pictures and videos for us. Pia managed all the events to ensure that our guests and we were cared for, and she helped us plan all of it in less than a year. From site seeing to virtual meetings with the venue and vendors, Pia made us feel as comfortable as we could meeting everyone from afar. I can't stress the importance of having a planner that understands you, your partner, and your vision. She does a great job of understanding who you and your partner are and your wedding vision. Pia also does a beautiful job of tying intentional moments together, and she always tries to make the vision come to life, which was very much apparent during all our wedding events!
