Alamo rent a car

Never again, Alamo! Manual process at check-in, instead of using card terminal, they type your credit card details somewhere. Rude and complaining lady, also forgot to give back my ID and contacted 4h later instead of right away (to maximise my problem..). Hard to reach if any issues. I have a power to decline your reservation" -> great approach to the client when I asked to use card terminal. Car handover people were super nice though."

TUTTO OK. RESO CAPARRA IMMEDIATO. Noleggio con tariffa base pieno per pieno, ottimo prezzo. La macchina presentava difetti estetici tutti accuratamente segnalati nel contratto di noleggio. Vettura consegnata Lancia Ypsilon Hybrid, un po lenta e semplice ma dai consumi ridotti. Igiene e pulizia della macchina mediocri.CONSIGLIO: piuttosto che perdere tempo a fotografare i danni giu presenti, fotografate quello che non è danneggiato e verificate nella mappatura dei danni che vi forniscono, ci siano segnati tutti quelli preesistenti al momento del rilascio e firma documenti. Fate il pieno prima di restituire la macchina. Siate rispettosi del bene a noleggio.

Nothing to complain about. New car which worked well had good amount of room. Lady at desk in terminal was nice and friendly and lady at car desk outside friendly and happy when checking the car out and again when back in.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro je l’aurais fait !!! Une dame a l’accueil pas du tout professionnelle, je l’explique j’ai réservé par le biais de Ryanair une voiture à mon nom sauf que ayant pas le permis je n’était pas le conducteur ils s’agissait d’un des passagers présent avec moi sauf qu’au moment de récupérer la voiture la dame nous dit que le conducteur doit être celui de la réservation etc.. elle nous dit donc de contacter le service client pour modifier le nom de la réservation, bien sûr aucune réponse et personne ne peut rien faire par téléphone.. nous retournons donc voir la dame au comptoir pour lui demander si elle pouvais pas faire quelque chose sur place en annulant notre réservation et en changeant le nom elle même, elle nous dit que non ( alors que je suis casiment sur qu’elle pouvais bref ) mais le pire dans tous ça c’est que lorsqu’on lui dit que au pire des cas on est prêt à repayer et donc faire une nouvelle réservation au nom du conducteur elle nous répond qu’il n’y a plus de voiture disponible car elle a louer nôtre voiture, qui était censée être réserver pour nous et qu’elle ne pouvais soit disant pas annuler, à quelqu’un d’autre pendant qu’on était au téléphone pour essayer de modifier notre réservation principale. Totalement incompréhensible vraiment hyper désagréable et non professionnelle bref à éviter

Had a nice experience with Alamo at Verona Airport. The car was clean, new and I was offered a reasonable upgrade to an automatic transmission, which I happily took. Would use them again when visiting Verona

My plane was delayed. Pick up time was 11pm, car desk closed at exactly 11pm. Next morning the desk has opened at 8.00 am, I spent a lot of effort to get there by 7 to be the first before they opened but somehow my car was already sold to someone else even though the working hours was 8am to 11pm so clearly they could not sell it before 8.00am or before 11pm. Very rude lady said to us that it’s not their problem that the plane was late and the car is no longer available. Her attitude at 8.00 in a morning was just unbelievable. She just invited next in line and wouldn’t even listen.

Fast service at the counter, no problems with a debit card. A car I wanted was not available, but they gave me a free upgrade. The trip went smoothly, return out of working hours was flawless and fast. No complains whatsoever.

Wybralem tą wypożyczalnię zupełnie przypadkiem, okazało się że dobrze trafiłem. Miły i pomocny personel, przyzwoite samochody oraz szybka i sprawna obsługa.
