Bancomat Bnl
The ATM is not convenient. If you don't accept the bank's conversion you are not allowed to withdraw your money, like in any other country in the world; and the machine doesn't let you know why, so seems like your card is the problem. But if you accept their bad conversion you are good to go. Not nice.
