Firstly, I would like to note that I am a wheelchair user. I couldn’t even get into this shop to browse. This shop is very small. The entrance has a step and shoes are placed in the doorway, making it hard for me to get in.However, luckily my mum helped me look for a pair, which I could try on outside, but this made me feel uncomfortable as I was blocking the pavement.I did purchase a pair of sandals for €25. After one wear, the gems fell off and as a wheelchair user, you can imagine that the sandal was practically new and untouched.The next day, we went back to the store, and I noticed that I didn’t get a receipt. We asked if they could help exchange the shoes but the customer assistant was so very unhelpful, and didn't offer refunds or replacements. But only a discount on a new pair which would have broken exactly the same way.I would avoid this store and their products.

Ugo and Ciro were such a lovely father son duo running the shop. The prices are fantastic and they went out of their way to make shopping here a wonderful experience.

Fabulously friendly staff, great clothes, gifts too. Prices absolutely in the mark. Very happy to have found this shop!
