Great arrangement for a few rooms and a shared livingroom! The hosts are very helpful getting travel arrangemts too!!!

It was an amazing stay. No lobby but stefano contacted us by email and i added him on whatsapp for easy communication. He sent a lot of great info on how to get there and then where to go eat. 3 min walk from train station. City is walking distance. As soon as we arrived he gave us a tour of the place. This is the highest point of the city with great views of the city and sea. Once you get out of the lift on the 12 floor, to the right you open a door to the shared living room with sea view and lounge area. This is where breakfast is served. Snacks are always available, water, coffee, and juice too. To the other side a door to the rooms. We stayed in a queen with private bathroom. Smart TV if you want to put your NETFLIX account. Very modern and clean. Thank you Stefano.

We booked a room for a pre-cruise overnight stay. From the first contact the hosts, Valentina & Stefano, were extremely helpful and friendly, organising the taxi from the airport for us and were there, on the day, to meet us. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the sea. The lounge area was well appointed and had superb views out over the sea, right down to the port area.Altogether a great start to our holiday! We would highly recommend it for a pre cruise overnighter or a longer stay, especially if you are travelling by train as the station is a few minutes’ walk away.

Camere e zona comune bellissime al 12 piano di un palazzo tranquillo.Vista sul mare mozzafiato, particolari curati con gusto, camere con temperatura perfetta e letti di una comodità che fino ad oggi avevo trovato solamente al Hilton Hotel.Stefano molto cortese e disponibileDavvero consigliato

Schöne sauberer Zimmer, toll eingrichtet mit einem grandiosen Blick und einen tollen Gemeinschaftsraum. Besonders ist allerdings die unglaublich freundliche und unkomplizierte Art der Gastgeber hervorzuheben. Wir sind mit unserer kleinen Tochter ( 11 Monate) mit der Fähre aus Sardinien angekommen) eigentlich sollten wir um 20Uhr angekommen. Die Fähre hatte über drei Stunden Verspätung. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sogar persönlich auf uns zu dieser späten Stunde gewartet und uns mit unserer schlafenden Tochter ohne großen Aufwand in das schöne Zimmer gelassen, hierfür vielen vielen Dank.
