Beautiful location and fantastic staff that work very hard to give you the best time ever. They went above and beyond themselves to make our two week stay something special! We were given a room that was too noisy for our liking and the reception staff gave us precisely what we asked for. The room of our choise was a little dated and we knew that, but it IS AN OLD MONESTARY and that is what you can expect. After our first visit in 2019 they have put new matresses on the beds. Everything was very clean, cleaned every day including new fresh towels. The food in the a la carte restaurant was a class of its own. Breakfast is very good and plenty of choise. We will absolutely try to go again next year. Thanks to the restaurant staff, the cleaning women Anne and Louisa, the reception staff for doing their absolute best and a special thanks you to Simona and the director!

Buona solo la colazione...per il resto direi che sarebbe meglio non pernottare assolutamente lì: non ci siamo potuti fare la doccia per mancanza di acqua calda ma cosa ancora peggiore è stato l'odore fortissimo degli scarichi del bagno....invivibile.Personale così così.....se si ha voglia di stare al pubblico si può fare decisamente meglio.

Magnifique hôtel. Ancien monastère du 14eme siècle. 350 m du lac. Personnel très aimable. Repas délicieux ❤❤
