Budget Autonoleggio

Watch these lot, I've returned the car in the condition I found it and they have charged me for scratches that were already present. I've tried to telephone them but they just transfer me out to customer service. Fortunately, I took many photos of the car with time and geolocation on to show the condition of the car from all angles. This has been provided to their head office, they clearly show the scratches present before I moved the car. My agreement also says I was due to pay 90 dollars for the rental and I've been charged the equivalent of 176 dollars plus double that on damage charges that were already present. I suggest that Budget contact me to rectify this immediately, if not I'll have to wait for their head office customer service to fix it and I'll be then following the complaints procedure as far as I possibly can.

Un ringraziamento a Michele rapido e esauriente. In pochi minuti abbiamo ritirato l'auto, già prenotata, e in poco tempo abbiamo evaso le pratiche per la riconsegna. Ottimo servizio

They are scamming customers either by not marking the scratches down on there severely scratched cars but relying customers showing their own evidence it wasn’t them. Nobody interested in marking down the scratches when you pick up the car, unlike the other companies. When we asked them to check the car with us they told us to take photos. I asked what would happened if we lost the phone and they laughed. After we dropped the car we witnessed them telling other customers that the scratches on their cars were due to them! luckily the customers had photos and then they shrugged as if to say ok then. When we handed our car back because of the hassle they were getting from other customers due to this scam, they didn’t try it on with us but instead asked us to sign the hand held screen to confirm return. I then received a receipt with our signature saying they have charged us €17.81 extra for our pre booked rental. Beware because they won’t answer their phone either. Do not go with Budget or Avis at Treviso they are the same team of scamsters.

Very bad because of 2 things. The car I received was not clean and 2nd: I returned the car 2 days earlier, they told me I would get the 2 days refunded, however, that never happened. When I contact the service center they gave some sneaky backdoor reason. DO NOT rent here. Other Budget locations I used before we're fine, this one is NOT.

Non gli do meno xche non e possibili. Disorganizzato, siamo rimasti + di 30 minuti aspetando una chiamata x fare un contratto ( x che con i covid non se poteva avicinarsi ) dopo ci chiamano dentro per prendere carte e chiave. Ma qualcuno raggiana o fate finta!!! NON NOLEGGIARE MAI PIU QUESTA AZIENDA!!!!

Addebitano danni inesistenti e costi diversi da quelli preventivati. Nessun altra società di noleggio si comporta così male.--- NON PRENOTATE CON LORO ---

Una truffa vera e propria, diffidate gente, addebitano soldi senza motivazioni ,a loro piacimento ladri ladri ladri, la polizia municipale mi fa un verbale per accesso alla zona ztl e qui ci può stare, la budget mi manda una fattura di 42 euro per spese amministrative ma spese di che?? Cioè quanto il verbale, ladri truffatori!!

Sono arrivato in aereo a tarda notte ed avevo la prenotazione per una certa auto. Arrivato all ufficio ho trovato due ragazze molto attive che... In assenza Dell auto prenotata mi hanno assegnato un auto di categoria superiore pari prezzo. La macchina era pulita e ho fatto la copertura assicurativa totale.. Quindi non mi sono preoccupato di graffi e quanto altro. È stato un noleggio soddisfacente.

Ladri! Non noleggiare un'auto da loro, ci sono costi nascosti.
