The lovely lady at the door ready to help people with whatever they need and with a big smile. She knew the products and what to treat with what. Recommend going there if you have any issues.

Farmacista estremamente disponibile e personale cordiale e gentile, in particolare sono stati molto disponibili di fronte ad una emergenza, sono molto attenti nei confronti del paziente inoltre è aperta anche di domenica pomeriggio (utile quando tutti gli altri sono chiusi).

Great little find in Sorrento Customer service was just amazing and the personal tour of the underground museum was quite a bonus Full of history and the assistant was so well informed They also stock some very unique products Worth a visitJackie

Unfortunately my wife got sick on our trip to Sorrento, but this pharmacy was so lovely and personable. I got great advice and products on multiple trips - and even got some espresso and a tour of the Roman ruins below the pharmacy (which has been operating for 5 generations). Such an incredibly lovely staff. Grazie mille!!!

Accidentally came across this pharmacy during my travels to Italy. Hands down one of the nicest pharmacies I’ve ever seen. As a fellow pharmacist myself, I was very impressed with their boutique product selections and excellent customer service. Giovanni the pharmacist gave me a personal tour of the pharmacy and even their pharmacy museum located on the bottom floor. Very cool experience. I would highly recommend visiting this pharmacy! Ask for Giovanni!!

We visited the pharmacy to get pills for my wife’s sea sickness. They were very helpful. Then we found an ancient wall down below the first floor. They were courteous to take us downstairs to explain the history. Helpful staff and great atmosphere.Ariane & Ahmad

I went to this pharmacy whilst on holiday as needed some extra medication . The male pharmacist ( sadly didn’t ask his name ) was more than helpful in fact went the extra mile . The medication I was requesting was prescription only and even though he offered alternative over the counter substitute . He volunteered to not only call the doctor to make an appt but actually take us to the surgery to obtain a prescription ! We went back to the pharmacy at the requested time and In the pouring rain he escorted us to the surgery where we had a 5 minute wait ! Bless him . I was sorted that day . Couldn’t have asked for better service He was so very kind and I was very grateful . We offered him a tip which he point blank refused . Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Highly recommend this pharmacy It’s on the opposite side to the Kiosk bar in the pedestrianised area of the town . Brilliant service !

Farmacia molto pulita grande e organizzata con uno staff davvero gentilissimo . Inoltre è presente anche un piccolo museo gratuito , dove è presente un muro risalente al l’impero dei romani , nel museo si possono scrutare anche medicine e oggetti utilizzati dai vecchi farmacisti risalenti agli anni 20! Quindi davvero se siete a Sorrento e cercate una buona farmacia con dottori che possano dare ottimi consigli andate nella FARMACIA CANALE “SAN LUDOVICO “

Pharmacist helped us to find the compression socks that we needed for the plane ride back home. The store was very clean and beautifully laid out. Tiziana was very helpful and showed us the beautiful ruins underneath the store that was renovated. The Roman wall underneath dated back to first century BC and showed the layers underneath the town. They also had a stunning collection of pharmaceutical artifacts dating back five generations. Wonderful experience.

Quick and pleasant service. My partner and I got a tour of the mini underground pharmacy museum which was super cool! The staff were more than happy to chat to us about the history of their pharmacy. Would recommend for accurate advice and a quick history lesson!
