Prenotazione effettuata tramite Rentalcars, il gestore dell'autonoleggio mi comunica appena 18 ore prima che non ha il mezzo a causa di un incidente, SENZA avvertire Rentalcars e rifiutandosi di darmi un qualunque riscontro oggettivo della mancanza del mezzo. Risultato: prenotazione risultante ancora confermata tramite sito e app Rentalcars. Tralasciando l'enorme disagio, per evitare di perdere il semplice rimborso causa noshow" ho dovuto barcamenarmi fra mail e telefonate al call center Rentalcars. Infine

Ci hanno subito dato disponibilità di un auto chiamando da un giorno all’altro. Auto praticamente nuova con tanti optional al giusto prezzo! Chi ci ha servito è stato gentile e anche se ha dovuto litigare con il sistema informatico non funzionante, è riuscito a completare il suo lavoro in maniera efficace. Consigliato!

Super helpful woman. Let us go fill up the tank and refunded the accidental pre-paid gas option.Addendum: Actually did NOT refund anything. ☹️ Will drop the stars and take it up with Avis if the 54 euros isn't refunded.

Abbiamo avuto un’ottima auto ad un prezzo giusto, con la possibilità di lasciarla all’aeroporto di Palermo la mattina presto.Il ritiro dell’auto è stato un processo molto più lungo del previsto, anche se avevamo già prenotato tutto.

Paid more than 5000€ and rented car more than 10 times in past 2 years from this specific branch but zero customer service. Never move their A$$ from desk while handing over car to you, so that they they can play games and charge extra for damage while returning. I literally had to force her to mark up all damages on car before giving to me. And what’s next they don’t want to give me car anymore. Worst behavior!

Per niente professionale.Abbiamo prenotato la macchina online e abbiamo chiamato una settimana prima per assicurarci fosse tutto confermato e cosi ci e stato detto.Il giorno del ritiro abbiamo chiamato per avvisare che avremmo avuto un po di ritardo rispetto all orario indicato, ma abbiamo scoperto che non c erano macchine disponibili.Nessuno ha avuto il buon senso di avvisarci e non c e stata prontezza nel risolvere il problema. Abbiamo aspettato piu di un ora per avere la macchina.

PARASITES! Rented a small car for 2 days for 120 euros, already more than others (29 euros). But no, I didn't want to face problems right. All went great until I returned back to the office location. I was told there was no problem, just paying a 25e fee, fine, and them they charged me more 375 euros for extra 2 days! Rang the customer service and proved with pictures and a receipt that I left the car on time, but in the end they want to appropriate" from you money. Unbelievable 496 euros for 2 days of citroen C2! Why they charged the 25e for a service they didn't give me and them still some much money? (E189278530)"

I have rented a car through Rentalcars.com from the Avis/Budget Office: Avis Autonoleggio - Trapani on Via Avv Giuseppe Palmieri N 3, Trapani 91100, from the 22nd of Jun to the 25th of Jun 2021.Still after 25 days they didn't release the fuel deposit from my credit card.On the day I went to return the car, they were saying that the system is not working" and that they will register the return of the car and refund me as soon as the system is back online.
