Crociera nord Europa,cabina balcone fantastica.Buona organizzazione a bordo data la mole di passeggeri. Scendere e salire un'epopea quando bisogna servirsi delle scale. Sconsigliata quindi se si hanno problemi. Il cibo buono al buffet ma purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso del ristorante,sia come servizio che come cibo. Servizio in cabina ottimo. La nave,come tutte quelle simili,non offre spazi adeguati durante la navigazione. Meglio la classe Fantasia. Ballare non è possibile(per chi balla) troppo poco spazio.

Just returned from Christmas market cruise from Southampton.Entertainment was very good ship was massive but very comfortable.Hamburg make sure you take cash they don't do or like card transactions. Shuttle cost 17 euros adults charges for children over 3. Free toilets and WiFi in Ratshouse.Bruges was beautiful we opted for Bruges on your own excursion.Amsterdam on your own excursion was great. Warning no public toilets MC Donald's a good option cost 50 cents.Le Harve not worth visiting so advise you book a tour to somewhere else.We felt the cruise was very good value. We don't drink alcohol and took our own tea and coffee with us.If you like a drink make sure you have a drinks package and book before as £32 a day for basic package. Also excursions are more expensive if booked onboard.Christmas markets well not to many but once you've seen one you have seen them all anyway.Pool does a towel exchange.15 floor buffet was great so much choiceStaff all really pleasant and seemed happy.Not so good for younger children not much to do and everything has an extra price.

Nave gemella della Bellissima; grande, spaziosa, elegante.Cabina con balcone comoda e panoramica.

Ha sido mi primer crucero, la experiencia en general ha sido muy buena. El personal muy atento, especialmente Mariano y Fabián del Horizon Bar.El barco es una pasada con infinidad de lugares que visitar.

My favorite ship of MSC so Far! Everything was just perfect - the cabins, the food (they have a mozzarella station!), the staff!!!We were on a trip from South Hampton to Norway! Beautiful views, easy embark and disembark. Just perfect!

Gros navire récent et nagnifique !Belle cabine hubot, confortable et bien agencée, choix de très bons menus au restaurant !Néanmoins des choses à améliorer :- Etage de la réception (au 5ème), ambiance piano bar, mais seulement une trentaine de places assises.- Au niveau administratif, à la réception, souvent une longue file d'attente...- Notre forfait boissons non prise en compte : facturation qu'il a fallu faire rectifier !- Nous n'avions pas d'informations sur l'heure et le nom du restaurant pour nos repas ! Là, ça a été le sketch : à la réception on nous demande de nous rendre au 5ème après 17h30 pour avoir l'info, au 5ème on nous renvoie au 6ème étage, là on nous demande de revenir à 18h30 ! Enfin à 18h30 on nous attribut une table...mais le lendemain, au retour de notre escale à Barcelone, un mot dans notre cabine (glissé sous la porte) nous informe du changement de restaurant et d'horaire (tard en soirée) !!!Il a fallu retourner voir le maître d'hôtel pour modifier l'horaire.C'est dommage cette perte de temps et d'énergie...!Pourtant nous avons fait d'autres croisières, jamais de problèmes !

Beeindruckendes Schiff. Waren 10 Tage im Mittelmeer unterwegs, von Genua über Lissabon und zurück. Schöne Swimmingpools und Liegeplätze. Wir hatten All inklusive Getränke Paket und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Nicht unsere letzte Reise mit dem Schiff.
