I have taken a few tours with Steve since he is one of the few tour guides available during off season. The first was to Mt Etna-this included breakfast and a tour of the site, I tagged along with a group of 5 other people and for breakfast we stopped at a coffee bar that is quite historical (and very pretty), but for breakfast we were given cornetti pieces. Steve asked the server to cut 4 cornetti in pieces for the whole group. I thought that was tacky and I didn't think that was an actual breakfast. I mean at least a whole cornetto per person or don't state that breakfast is included. The tour was nice but there were a few additional charges along the way, that the group was not aware of.The other two tours, I found out last minute that he subcontracts to other people and friends. One tour I went on was horseback riding and the person that drove me was vaping in the car the entire time, it was gross. I have asthma and I was really upset being stuck in a small car with someone with absolutely no professionalism or consideration. The second tour was Catania and Steve found a local guide. Steve did not tell me that the guide did not speak English, he didn't even warn me. The only thing the guide was able to say was money
