Planet Tax Free REFUND POINT

It states opening hours are from 7am. I'm here at 8am and it is not open. If I knew this I would have booked a differently flight. Now I can't get my tax refund.

Staff here Seriously need training in service or hire a educated staff at least civilisedHad a terrified and horrible experience…Had a terrified and horrible experience at Marco polo airport outlet. The 2 ladies sitting there are arrogant and so rude. The form says that be early at airport to complete the process and we arrived around 5 hours before the flight so that we can get their process done and check in easily.They asked us to come 4 hours to flight cuz they didn't believe we were going to catch the flight.At the same time we had another refund from global blue and they processed it smoothly without and issues.When I mentioned this to planet they resisted & said that global have lied to system to approve the refund and started making alot of stories.The two were screaming and yelling loud.I only asked them to show me the terms that it can only be processed 4 hours to flight which they couldn't at all. There was nothing they had to show me it as a rule and yet they were stuck and yelling ' No No No' I don't careWe then called the customer service number mentioned on the refund form and they told us that they don't have any such policy or term... This was purely made up by them unsure why- probably cuz we were tourists and they don't carenow prior to shopping I'll always check the party to refund if it's planet... Never going to buy stuff
