Bought pretty expensive sofa that they make, 2 years and leather started to peel. Warranty was 2 years, I noticed damage not that long after period of 2 years expired and that damage could not happened in that period from 2 years till i notified retailer. The leather is dark and you can not see damage so easily, I noticed it accidentally. They refused Warranty claim as they said 2 years passed, they offered me new leather parts for allmost half of the price of sofa if I want but that they dont have service to do the job. Of course i refused that. Wrote to polo group regarding the problem but no answer from them. I tough that I was buying higher quality stuff and not something that after 2 years looks like it has 10. Poor support and not good leather quality.
