The worst experience and the worst host! After confirmed booking she didn’t show up and in rude manner told us to cancel the booking so she could return our money. But guess, she never did! Police should go and check this nuts lady and close this place for good!

The host said they couldn’t wait until 19:30 to do the check in!!We have to cancel since the train was delayed and we were arriving at 19:00 to Como.They didn’t refund anything and created a huge problem for us.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

The worst experiences ever on the Como Lake Suited!!!! We booked a two bedroom apartment for one nights,, since the day we arrived Como around 10:00 am, we can’t find the suites location and before the arrival and the host is contacting us in a bad way!!! It said check in at 3:00pm, but we waited until 4:30pm, then the host showed up, when he saw we have 3 people, then he rejected to check in us and just left even I told him I only check in for 2 people. The host showed for 1 mins, then drive away. We had to book another hotel for the day.

All booked, all confirmed...then suddenly the owner starts to write me, insults me..he does not want to give me the flat (giess he found someone who wanted to pay more). Absolutely worst experience ever.Booking then canceled it for me. And i booked something else. Worst host ever, unfriendly, uneducated, moneydriven...disgusting.

One of the worst experiences ever !!!We booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights,, since the day before the arrival and the host is contacting us in a bad way!!!First about the check in time .. then about the green passAnd lastly on the day of arrival!!!When the host realized that we are three not 2!!! It is an apartment with two bedroom!! It is fine with us we can pay for the third personBut their way of contacting us was really bad,, there was no way to have a conversation with them as they end the call while we were talking to themThey are strict and not flexible at allNot recommended at all if you wish to enjoy the beautiful citywe changed to another hotel immediatelyDoesn’t deserve any star

This is the most awful place i would consider to book with... first they sent us wrong location to make us late for check in which ends 7 pm.. but we made it before 7... and they reached us where we've been waiting them.. the Italian lady was very rude and screaming and shouting in the street because an extra third guest joined us in the check in and wanted to book, she went crazy , nooooo noooooo only twoooooooo... we offered her to pay the extra for the apartment of book another one as per the policy (the apartment takes up tp six pp)... she ran in the street like crazy saying nooooo noooooo only twoooooooo.... and speaking in Italy and running everywhere.. we didn't hide him he was visible to check in.. but because they wanted to rip us off she didn't want to listen,., then we told them the third person is going to another hotel, we need the two of us to check in ... they said nooooo the check in is passed!!!! they've planned to rip us off... from the location story.. and it didn't work... so made up the third person story... and they want to go away with it... then they sent an email to booking.com saying that i was no-show guest.... i have all whatsapp between us... how come no-show while they are writing I'm coming now to you!!! anybody wants to see the evidences are available..

Educazione inesistente: ho un figlio di 15 mesi, erroneamente tramite booking ho fatto prenotazione per 2 adulti e 0 bambini. Nelle note ho indicato che necessitavo di una culla per un bambini di 15 mesi.Il proprietario della struttura pochi minuti dopo mi contatta dicendo che andava bene per la culla, ma che avrei dovuto rifare una nuova prenotazione in quanto i bambini sono gratis al di sotto di un anno (12 mesi). Senza dire nulla, in quanto giustamente è il proprietario che detta le condizioni, cancello la prenotazione (indicando nelle motivazioni che è cambiato numero degli ospiti) e mentre sto per confermare una nuova prenotazione per 3 persone (2 adulti + bambino di 15 mesi) ricevo un messaggio in chat booking con scritto Bravo Furbetto"; chiedendo chiarimenti mi viene risposto "Se penso che le persone lavorano gratis".Ho su booking oltre 200 prenotazioni
