We bought a power converter from this shop and took it back to our hotel but it didn't work so we took it back to the shop. He said he could not refund money back on our credit card or give us cash, so we exchanged the non-functional converter for a rechargeable power pack of equal value. The man who helped us was very kind and genuinely concerned and I was grateful he was able to help us solve the problem with a travel adapter that finally worked for our laptops.
