As a young single man living it Italy, I often find myself shopping alone and although I understand the caution from the staff (because of the increase in shoplifting) I felt that at this location they were taking it a little too far. I might have bought something, but I felt a little overwhelmed and I wasn't able to enjoy my time looking around because the staff was not giving me any distance.

Vor einem Monat habe ich mehrere Kleidungsstücke bei diesem Laden erworben, doch leider hat sich die Qualität als äußerst minderwertig erwiesen.Die Westen, Hosen und Jacken, die ich gekauft habe, wiesen bereits nach kurzer Zeit erhebliche Mängel auf. Nähte lösten sich auf, Stoffe zeigten Risse und die Farben verblassten trotz sachgemäßer Pflege. Es ist bedauerlich, dass Ihre Produkte nicht einmal den grundlegendsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Eine der Westen war völlig zerschnitten und ist damit untragbar.4 von 7 Artikeln kann ich jetzt schon wegschmeißen.Es ist bedauerlich, dass ein etabliertes Geschäft wie dieses solch minderwertige Produkte anbietet und den Kundenservice vernachlässigt. Als Kunde erwarte ich Qualität und einen angemessenen Service, was in meinem Fall leider nicht erfüllt wurde.Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen kann ich dieses Herrenbekleidungsgeschäft nicht weiterempfehlen und werde meine Einkäufe zukünftig bei anderen Anbietern tätigen.

Nel giro di una settimana ho acquistato 2 abiti uomo di grande qualità, ad un onesto prezzo. Quello che mi ha spinto a ritornare per l'ulteriore acquisto, oltre la qualità del materiale, è stata la GENTILEZZA, DISPONIBILITA' e PROFESSIONALITA' di Moein, che ha saputo gestire i consigli di vendita con una COMPETENZA ed ELEGANZA che - francamente - non hanno prezzo! In qualsiasi attività, avere del personale come Moein penso sia una fortuna impagabile.

Beware.I went inside the shop in the afternoon, a woman help me in the ground floor.i asked about a nice light jacket I saw from the window, she gave me ,and I asked if is it against rain - water proof?She looked inside , and found a piece of cloth inside ,and she she said: yes , it's waterproof.I asked about shirts , she guided me upstairs where a nice man helped me.So I bought 5 items in the amount of 295 euro.When I left the shop and continue my stroll, it's suddenly started to rain , I took my umbrella and wore my new jacket.when I reached my hotel, 6 min walk , I noticed my right hand which held the umbrella was dry, but my left hand was soaking wet.So I decided to return the waterproof" jacket.The next morning they opened their shop at 10:00
