Credem Banca

The people of this bank have no humanity...my daughter did an error using an ATM on the front of their bank and so my atm card was taken by the machine..we needed the money so much in time. and yet these people chose to FOLLOW THE BANK RULE that when an atm card was taken by the machine they will instead send it somewhere. Because they said they cannot ascertain if the card was really ours??? Really??Why?? Because they cannot uderstand that the people who use that ATM CARD has actual needs for the funds right away that is why they are trying to withdraw THEIR OWN MONEY USING THEIR OWN CARD???!!!Let us take the possibility that a card was stolen that is why there are BANKING RULES set up. Can they not check IF WE REALLY OWNED THE CARD right then and there??? Have they no common sense???Yet instead of asking for proof of ownership these people from this bank chose to send my card OVERSEAS to the bank that issued it to me. making everything complicated and hard and the money which we need YESTERDAY will have to wait until I resolve the problem THIS BANK'sPEOPLE created.No please. Don't use this bank if you don't want to deal with such people. THEY WONT EVEN OPEN THEIR DOOR TO TALK TO US LIKE PERSON. I could have also use a rule I set up when such a person treat me.Hated them really.
