Ottima camera per una notte di riposo prima della partenza da Roma Fiumicino... tutto pulito ordinato molto carino tutto l essenziale a 5 min dall aereoporto e da alcuni locali e ristoranti... massima gentilezza

DON'T book and DON'T support this property. Humiliating and horrifying attitude from the owner. Her business license must be revoked.I couldn't believe that I would be in this humiliating situation. I'm a hotel manager and I'm so ashamed. She will probably comment on this review and write that we wanted to extort money or to have a free night at her place, but please trust me and don't buy her false explanations.During our stay, I texted the owner that the walls in the room have mold on them. Just wanted to inform her, nothing else. We didn't want to have any refund or any compensation.All of a sudden she arrived at the door and started to call me a liar and told us that she will bring us the money back and we need to leave the hotel. She was shouting at us that we need to leave because she doesn't like us and if we don't leave she calls the police. She yelled at us that we don't respect her home and that we don't respect the people of Italy. INSANITY.We told her that it was too late to find another hotel now and if she could help us call Booking customer service, however, she refused. She didn't care, she didn't want to hear. All happened while other staff members were watching and didn't say anything in our favor.Finally, the police came and luckily poured some sense into this woman. They helped us to explain to her that she was wrong and they forced her to say she's sorry. The police told her that indeed this is mold in the room. Thanks to the police we were able to stay for the night. It was just unbelievable situationI was left traumatized and upset by this entire terrible event. We couldn't even sleep at night after this.We're good people and we didn't deserve this humiliating attitude. She wasted our precious time and ruined our vacation in Italy just before heading back home.Since then, she didn't even try to apologize properly. A major lack of understanding the basic of customer service.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, with a stand-up shower. It is a family-run establishment offering only breakfast, but there are several restaurants and a grocery open until 9pm about 10-15 minutes walking away.It is not near the beach, but near industrial shoreline.I especially liked the fact that breakfast is around the back in a small garden-facing kitchen with an atmosphere that at least allowed me to relax and enjoy quietly a few minutes of my hectic business trip.

The lady was really rude and the rooms are not very nice. The shower was pretty much unusable because it hadn’t been cleaned. Mostly just terrible service from that lady!

Comodissimo per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare da loro per 2 volte, prima del volo di andata da Fiumicino che al nostro ritorno. Stanze bellissime, ordinate e molto pulite. Organizzazione perfetta...Un ringraziamento alla signora Giovanna e al signor Fabio, siete delle persone meravigliose, un saluto!

Prenoto una camera e me la cancellano il giorno stesso solo perché ho richiesto delle foto della stanza!! Durante la telefonata mi riattaccano il telefono, davvero servizio pessimo

Proprietari molto cortesi e accoglienti.Camera semplice, ma molto comoda. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al lungofiume dove ci sono tanti locali.E poi... c'è il gatto Artemis che vi aspetta per il check in!Consigliatissimo

Ottima la posizione , vicino all'aeroporto , ma anche al mare e ai numerosi ristorantini di pesce.La struttura è perfetta , ordinata , molto ben tenuta, pulizia perfetta , le camere sono comode così come i letti .E' consigliabile in quanto comodo con l'aeroporto , ma anche per qualche soggiorno in località di mare.
