Pollini Srl Nautica & Boat Rent

Personale gentile e imbarcazione (abbiamo noleggiato la Marine 19) molto gradevole. Esperienza consigliatissima!

Ho noleggiato una barca con le mie amiche. La barca era nuova e a prezzi competitivi. Il personale era simpatico e gentile! È stata un'esperienza molto bella e per questo ci torneremo sicuramente.

Da due settImane sto ancora aspettando una mail con proposta definitiva di vendita di una barca usata (calipso), evidentemente non hanno bisogno di me ma l’attenzione al cliente detta regole di almeno un cenno negativo sull’affare. Nel frattempo ho trovato altro seller più attento e tanto bravoLa risposta del seller ed il tono confermano il mio percepito! Non ho bisogno di consigli sulle modalità di invio mail Grazie, nè tantomeno mi sbraccerò per scuse telefoniche in quanto la mia attesa è riferita alla promessa di mail fatta a persona di fiducia che due settimane fa si è recato presso la Pollini per visionare la barca chiedendo poi al sig Pollini di avere mail con proposta, e tale mail è stata anche sollecitata. Ovviamente Pollini risponderà che non ha ricevuto alcuna visita di terza persona nè che ha ricevuto sollecito della mail. Passo e chiudo!

Barche senza il pieno !Vi dico solo che le barche vengono consegnate con 3/4 di serbatoio anziché il pieno usando la scusa che l’indicatore della benzina è difettoso.Peccato che abbiamo noleggiato 4 barche differenti in un mese e casualmente tutte avevano l’indicatore della benzina difettoso…No comment !!!

We rented a boat for a whole day in June 2022. At the beginning they showed us the boat, however they did not tell to take pictures of the parts which can be easily damaged. The display also did not show how much fuel we had at the beginning, but they claimed it was full. At the end of the rental they said that the propeller was damaged and they wanted us to pay 400 Euros. Since it was already damaged at the beginning of the rental, we declined to pay. After some talk the girl at the stand stood up and said that she has our caution of 2500 EUR, got into her car and wanted to go home. Another personnel also arrived and asked the girl to come back and call the owner whether we can pay less. She called the owner who agreed to pay 200 Eur only. We paid the 200 EUR, because we had no chance to survive this total rip-off and get back our caution. 10 minutes later the other perosnnel gave us another 80 EUR back in cash which was the clear acknowledgment of the rip-off. During these discussions we were there with another group of guys who said they were ripped off by this company the previous week. Definitely would not recommend this company. They are trying to balance the covid period out. You may not pay the highest price, but you will surely pay them for some bulls**t afterwards.

Ho comprato una barca as marine, mi sono trovato molto bene con fiorenzo il titolare che mi ha seguito sia nelle vendita che dopo trovandomi il posto barca.

Super!!! Noleggio barche da loro ormai da un po di anni e nulla da dire ogni anno sempre barche nuove, per quelli che parlano male pagate i danni che fatte, comodo voler indietro la cauzione o scappare senza pagare dopo aver fatto il danno. Pollini n.1 sul lago.

I have rented a boat for 2 days at Pollini (with click and boat)The description of the boat doesn't fit reality.All of accessories (shower, radio, 12v, USB, horn, lights,..) didn't work or wasn't even actually there...The throttle of the engine went up and down by itself, without even touching it!!When I saw the boat I immediately telled them I wanted to cancel the second day... they said it was no problem and a refund would be done...But when we came back in the evening problems started.....We would get a refund of only 50€ instead of 190€ that was paid...Never rent a boat at Pollini ..their only purpose is to make as much as possible out-of used boats who don't even get a maintenance!!

Finalmente un servizio eccellente nel noleggio barche sul Garda! Avevo noleggiato già da altri, ma Pollini è decisamente parecchio superiore! Mattia e il suo staff fanno un ottimo lavoro, per cui consiglio a tutti.Scrivo questa recensione dopo la quinta volta che ho noleggiato, quindi è una recensione a 5 stelle!

We rented a boot for 4 h. The boot was very well preapared and the valeu for money was more than good. The staff was very friendly, structured and helpfull. They drove us out of the habor to prevent accidents, what we really liked.
