Though I did not have an opportunity to work with Marina, I wanted to leave a 5 star review for her excellent and professional service. Due to a situation that occurred, I am in need of a sworn translation for my marriage certificate under an extremely tight deadline. Marina responded to my request quickly, and offered to try and help even though she is fully booked for the next month and a half. She took the time to email back and forth to assess my case, at which point she was honest in telling me that because of her and my geographical locations-- I would be better off hiring a translator closer to my town. She than gave me advice regarding my specific situation, which ended up helping tremendously. Though I did not end up working with Marina, I appreciate how helpful she was to me. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive-- I highly recommend!
