Ieri sono andata in questo ufficio e dopo 20 minuti di fila la persona che stava in sevizio ha chiamato per prima alla sua amica che stava dietro di me e con un tono sadico mi ha detto che dovevo aspettare altri 10 minuti e che se non mi andava bene podevo anche andarmene, veramente stato molto maleducato e poco professionale, non capisco come un ufficio cosi importante puo assumere delle persone poco professionale a lavorare direttamente con i cliente..

Absolute sham of a business, go here if you really want to be scammed. It is supet easy for tourists to lose their money when in need with their God awful exchange rates and a horrible 20% fee on top of that. This business should honestly be ashamed, making money scamming tourists.

As others said, this place is an absolute scam, NEVER go there. The cashier told us the fee is 2.50 euro, then it turned out to be 5 euro plus 19.9% commission.

It is a total rip off place. I exchanged $700 to Euro and it has taken as commission 135 euros. I was angry and asked the teller why 135 Euro they giving me less and the teller told me they have fixed commission of 9.5 Euro and additional 19.35% as variable commission per each transaction. I asked why you didn't inform me about the commission charges and the teller shown me a small piece of paper where it is written in small print that they have the commission charges. I asked the teller to cancel the transaction and return my money and the teller again shown me again that small piece of paper where it is written that transactions cannot be cancelled. This shop makes it such a way that you fall on their trap. Total unethical business! The teller doesn't tell it's clients verbally BEFORE exchanging money that they have high commission and doesn't even write it in their big screen. Even, they don't cancel the exchange when the client does not agree with the prices. Please look at attached receipt if you don't trust me.100% rip off place. They are located next to Holy Place and ripping off shamelessly. I don't even wish my enemy to go there.

This place is a scam 14 euro fee plus they charge 20% of your money , just use your credit card aviod these low class scums

Una coppia di amici miei sono stati truffati. Una vergogna. Loro hanno chiesto al impiegato e lui gli ha detto il tasso di cambio ma non ha mai parlato di commissione. Quando hanno ricevuto 120 euro in meno di quello che speravano, hanno cercato di annullare tutto ma loro non hanno accettato. Certo potevano chiamare i carabinieri ma avevano soltanto 1 giorno per visitare il Vaticano e il tour prenotato e pagato. Questa agenzia lo sa bene... alla fine per mancanza di tempo il turista non denuncia mai. VERGOGNATEVI!!!.

This place is a scam. Stay away from this place. There is a 20% charge IN ADDITION to the poor exchange rate. My sister exchanged $100 USD and got back 62.90€Update to respond to Forexchange:1. Your agent did not explain the 20% to her. She tricked my sister. Withholding information is called a trick and we call it a scam in America.2. She asked to cancel the transaction, but the agent refused to honor her request and said, You already signed the form." So please do a better job at training your agents instead of responding to Google reviews.Good luck running a scam of a business. I am not the only one that left you one star."

Non voglio neanche sprecare troppe parole per questo commento... Dico solo che molti amici che mi sono venuti a trovsre dall'estero sono stati letteralmente truffati.. Non sono seri ne onesti, ti propongono tassi relativamente onesti senza parlare pero di commissioni.. Diciamo che in poche parole sono truffatori dietro una vetrina...
