Barcando Charter

Ottima esperienza nel noleggio di un catamarano di 13 mt per le Eolie a metà agosto. Molto brava e professionale la responsabile alla Marina di Capo d'Orlando: MARIA. Sempre disponibile e orientata alle soluzioni: un vero esempio di come dovrebbe essere un professionista in questo settore, purtroppo popolato spesso da persone arroganti e sgarbate.

We rent a Bali 4.3 for one week and we were very satisfied with the boat and with Barcando Charter. I already chartered more than 15 boats at different companies and I can say that Barcando Charter belongs to the better charter companies. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had no bigger issues with the boat or the equipment.If I had to mention something, which I didn't like, then it would probably be the reachability of the marina or the provisioning. We rent a car and therefore it was not a big issue. But without a car, it is very hard to find good super markets. The marina market is just small and does not contain a full range for a whole week.I would definitely charter again at Barcando Charter.

Sono state delle vacanze magnifiche!Il catamarano perfetto però veramente da raccomandare il Capitano Alberto e la hostess Sveta bravissimi tutte due, veri professionisti !

Scammers and unprofessionals! Barcando-Charter -Marina D'Arechi-Salerno-baseMade us pay for a completely new dingy engine because of salt water. 99% of cases the engine works even after COMPLETELY submerged in salt water. So basically SCAMMED us out of 2650 euros.During the checkin Mario forgot to show us the stopper for the dingy which is why it fell in their first place. There were technical problems with the AC and it wouldn’t work in two of the rooms all because of a negligent checkin procedure provided by Mario. Also, the cleaning staff left everything on the front deck soaked in water.Overall super disorganized, didn’t answer their phones and always had to chase them. Their English is little to nonexistent. Please stay away from this company.

Gli skipper sono fantastici,ma Barcando ci ha dato una barca (Pa) a vela con i frigoriferi rotti, con la conseguenza di dover buttare parte della spesa e prendere il ghiaccio per mantenere le bibite ad una temperatura accettabile. Una mezza scusa servita e tanti saluti! Inaccettabile

La vacanza in barca a vela esattamente come avevo sognato che fosse. Su Oceanis 45 - 2016, come da aspettative in ottime condizioni, veleggiando tra le Eolie, meteo perfetto, skipper esperto che ha saputo assecondare e realizzare desideri, anche anticipandoli. Insomma, 10 e lode. Grazie

Great week spent at the Eolie's Islands. New boat (Bali 4.6) and great service from Stefania (The chef) and Stefano (the skipper). For sure, I would suggest the experience to a friend. Not giving 5 stars since the boat should provide towels and blankets with the regular price and not adding 500 euro on top.
