Violin Maker Roberto Cavagnoli

After visiting many luthiers shops, trying over 20 violas and not finding a suitable instrument, we went to visit Mr.Cavagnoli who was the last luthier we were going to see. Roberto had an unfinished/unwarnished viola that my wife fell in love with after playing it for 5 min.We left a deposit and are waiting for the instrument to be finished and delivered.My daughter, who is not a musician and stopped taking lessons long time ago, tried his (more expensive) violin- the instrument had beautiful sound- full and warm.Mr. Cavagnoli is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommended him and will come back if my daughter ever decides to re-start playing.
