Carne stupenda. Il menù offre una scelta limitata ma di qualità sia della materia prima, sia della ricercatezza nella presentazione. Il locale è accogliente e curato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Qualche tavolo anche sotto i portici del corso. Buonissima cantina.

My wife and I travelled in Italy and Greece over 17 days and Bistro Lurati was our personal favorite. My wife loves her pasta and she remarked the Paccheri Kacio, Pepe e Guanciale croccante (pasta with cacio cheese, black pepper with crunchy pork) was not only her favorite of our vacation but might be her favorite EVER. For myself, I had the Black Angus steak and it was so tasty, so tender and beyond awesome. Stefano was the most perfect host and the ambience could not have been more romantic.

I ate in this Bistro with my family on a Monday night. It took them 1h30 to serve three starters... the explanation to justify the delay was the lack of staff. Understandable but not justifiable... this was the longest service I have experienced in a long time. Luckily the company at the table was good, otherwise it would have been a VERY long night.Two tables walked out as they were tired to wait for someone to pay attention to them. It was an unacceptable service especially for the style this Bistro is trying to promote and achieve. If you want to be a luxurious restaurant then act up to it.At the end for 3 starters, a bottle of wine and 3 main course + 2 bottle of waters we spent 155€. Expensive for the service provided.For me is an absolute no go"."

Wonderful meal! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, they were kind, and the food was very good. We ordered soup, ravioli, and fillet (the fillet was incredible).They were also very respectful and accommodating for my husband's food allergy. Would highly recommend!

On the way to Minusio from a day in Bellagio, we decided to grab some dinner- a quick search brought us to this place. We didn’t realize we were in for such a special dinner. The owner was a lovely, kind man who was happy to serve and share his special dishes.This place is known for the meat- we had a bottle of wine, the roasted eggplant caprese salad, a cheese and meat platter, two pasta dishes ( the spaghettini was amazing); and 800g T-bone steak- perfect! This was for 4 people…

Fantastic food for the meat lover. I ordered the vitello tonato to start and it was one of the best I’ve ever had ! I followed it with the phenomenal A5 wagyu … cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth.

This was a wonderful place to eat! A small place with a super atmosphere. The service was awesome and friendly. If you want a superb steak, this is the place to go. Steaks are their feature dish. We had a 4 course meal. My husband and I shared the first 3 courses. We started with the eggplant, mozzarella, and tomatoes dish. The eggplant was fried crispy and the mozzarella was excellent. Next, we had the ravioli. These were handmade and delicious. We just wished there were a couple more. Then for the main event, a 800g T-bone steak aged to perfection. Finally, we finished with dessert. Here, my husband had the cheesecake and I had the chocolate & caramel. Both were very delicious. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely return if we are ever in the Lake Lugano area again.
