We had the best experience we could have imagined!The skipper Matteo was the main reason for our amazing experience. Even though the water conditions were not the best, he still managed to bring us to every destination we wanted to go to. He was very flexible with the programme. Matteo was funny and very interested in showing us the peninsula, which is the place he grew up in.

No lo recomiendo! El precio no se condice con los servicios que te brindan! Nos ofrecieron muchas cosas e hicieron la mitad de las mismas. No te dan toallas ni el equipamiento para snorkel. Un desastre!!

We booked the Magnum boat with Crystal Wave Charters. It was such an amazing and magical day. Our captain, Hugo and first mate/translator Rafael were so great and so accommodating! They took us to multiple photogenic sites and were happy to stay as long as we wanted to (and even took us back when we wanted more photos) and got us as close as possible to the best locations. They had little tidbits of history to share at each site that really added to the experience as well. We would definitely do this again next time we are in Italy and will be recommending this company to our friends who visit here. Shout out to the front desk staff as well, (Francesca and Roberta) they answered any and all questions I had pre booking and were able to handle everything via email which was much easier for me :)

When it comes to a Capri boat transfer you have several options. You can take a ferry, to which I refer to as a cattle boat since everyone is corralled down a ramp to a crowded space. Then you have a semi private transfer which is advertised as 12 passenger MAX. You can also get a private tour.The ferry can cost €25 -45. The semi-private €114 each or a private tour upwards of €1200-1500. The semi private tour was our choice. They say 12 passenger max but we had 15 passengers plus the captain. The boat was comfortable and not feeling over crowded but if you say 12 max that is what the customer expects.The ride itself. Plan for weather. The week before was windy for sure and rides were cancelled. The two days before we beautiful and smooth looking. Our day started off a little cool and breezy. So we bundled up. Once we came around the point and into the wind it was pretty rough. Especially with the smaller boat and an extra 3 passengers weight. The water splashed over the bow on several occasions on the way to Capri.We crossed the gap between the mainland and Capri. Went close by the big harbor on the north side of the island facing Italy but did not stop. We continued clockwise around Capri in pretty rough water. We shared sea sick pills with other passengers though we were just fine. We continued to the Picola port and disembarked for 3 hours. Before getting off the captain passed out sandwiches and offered coke or water.The Picola port is small. There are a few beach clubs that you can rent a chair and umbrella for €30 per person or the extremely crowded public beach for free. We chose the chairs and ordered a drink.The sandwiches were good but had no dressing so a bit dry and hard to swallow. Our beach club was nice enough to supply some olive oil.This port is very small and only a couple food choices and shops. If you want more there are taxis up the hill about a 3-5 walk up steep stairs. The bathrooms are up the hill by the taxi and they charge €.5 each. No TP or seat. Beach club has a bathroom. We are not shoppers so we did not venture out in a taxi. We went up the stair about 5-10 minutes but found nothing so recommend a taxi to which I heard was €5 per person.After our 3 hours in port our boat driver picked us up and took us to a nice non windy cove to get in the water. They provided a mask but no snorkel or fins. We stayed for about 15 minutes. We the continued clockwise around Capri to the green, white, and blue holes. We backed into a cave and boated through a giant arch. We continued to the rock formations as you see in my photos. My favorite part.After all that beauty it was time for the ride back to the mainland. We came around the corner and into the wind. It was a slow very rough ride but we all had fun but all had to bundle up because it got pretty chilly especially after being wet. Now waves are splashing over the bow and several had to move to the back of the boat to seek shelter from the sea and cold.The captain did his best to keep it smoother and went slower to help out.Overall a good experience but if you advertise 12 person max you shouldn’t have 15. It’s a crowd and safety issue as well as a customer expectation.

We had an incredible day! Our skipper Matteo took care of everything from start to finish and was really kind. He had great suggestions and showed us some really nice spots on our trip to Positano. He was also very punctual.There were nice refreshments on board and we could also go for a swim.Crystal Wave is a must when going on a boat trip in the region!

Mala experiencia! Contratamos el tour de Amalfi, cuando iniciamos de casualidad el marinero se dio cuenta que le habían informado mal, nos estaba llevando al tour de Capri. Tuvimos que detenernos a cargar más combustible porque no era suficiente: tiempo perdido.Dentro de los servicios que nos vendieron teníamos:Brindis al inicio: no hubo brindisSnorkel: lo pedimos, nos dijeron que no había tiempo para hacerloToallas: no había en la embarcaciónPara el retorno tuvimos que embarcar antes de tiempo, más tiempo perdido!!No lo recomiendo
