LHP Napoli Palace & SPA

Mi è piaciuto tutto: la posizione (rispetto al luogo dove dovevo recarmi), pulizia ineccepibile, letto comodissimo, colazione squisita, rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ma va fatto un plauso soprattutto allo staff, che è di una disponibilità e professionalità uniche e che anche questa volta (per me la seconda) mi ha fatto delle attenzioni che ho gradito molto e, cosa fondamentale, sempre col sorriso, dalla mattina presto alla sera tardi. Chi si recherà a Fuorigrotta o zone limitrofe e non prenoterà presso questa struttura, farà peccato mortale! :-)

Nuovissima new entry a Napoli , la ciliegina sulla torta come si suol dire ..Questo hotel è stato inaugurato ad ottobre , completamente ristrutturato offre mille servizi e tutti i confort . Design moderno e minimale ma di ottimo gusto , una spa di tutto rispetto, dotata di una piscina riscaldata che è un vero bijoux... Noi abbiamo optato per il percorso completo e invito voi tutti a non privarvi di questa perla".. La sauna

Hotel FANTASTICO. E la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale ha reso la vacanza ancora migliore. Siamo stati accolti con dei sorrisi a 32 denti e ci hanno fin da subito fatti sentire a casa. Le camere erano stupende, con tecnologia avanzata ma non troppo complicata, e un letto comodissimo. Consiglio questo Hotel a tutti, dalle famiglie ai single, dal business alla vacanza. Perfetto per ogni occasione

Sicuramente una struttura nuova, ben fatta, pulita, ma per quanto concerne le Stelle" mi piacerebbe chiedere a chi l'ha valutato che metodo di valutazione è stato utilizzato. Per arrivare a 5 c'è veramente un bel lavoro da fare. Sicuramente un ottimo 4 stelle. Carissimo per la location dove si trova e soprattutto in periferia "Popolare" di Napoli. Colazione non da 5 stelle

this was the worst spa visit I have ever had. the spa is half underwater because the water can not drain. In the cold bath, the water tap is installed in such a way that the water jet runs against the wall, you can't get any water off. The shower has only lukewarm water. The water in the pool overflows and the employees walk over it with their shoes and the dirty water runs into the pool.The 2 employees talked very loudly and could be heard throughout the spa. Sorry that I am so upset here but 35€ per person for 1 hour to demand is much too expensive

Pros:Rooms are goodSpa is good (time limited)Cons:Area is bad, not dangerous, but there is little to do, and most places to eat are small and get crowded real fastRoom service & minibar is absurdly expensive for a mediocre service.Overall:Not a 5 star experience, staff was polite but hardly accommodating. I'm leaving with the feeling that this was more like a tourist trap that soiled my memories of the city than a great place to stay.

Hotel super, the rooms are new and well equipped, all confort possible are available in the hotel. The hotel has 8 months old and you can feel it. For the quality of the hotel the price is more than fair. Breakfast is very good with products of first selections from high gastronomy quality. The service is very good. I just noticed that the courtesy kit (shampoo, intimate lotion, and shower gel) were open (the tin foil that should proof it was never used was actually missing) and the sachet in the bathroom basket wasn’t replaced with a new one. Beside these little details, the stay was amazing and me and my partner will be certainly come back. The location is in Fuorigrotta, 4 stops of the L2 to Garibaldi and 2 to Museo (you can change to Toledo for the city center). Is very quite and feel safe. The hotel has restaurant and rooftop bar and pool. If you’re exausted with the chaos of the city you can find your little paradise there!

The rooms are nice, and the staff is very friendly. But the location is very hard to access if you are new to the city and the neighborhood is not great either. There's nothing to do and the city center is about 8km away.One of the basic accomodations I would expect in a 5 star hotel is the room temperature controls, there's a panel on the wall that you can press but it does literally nothing as the AC or heating is centralized, we had to call the front desk in the middle of the night because it was 29°c and we couldn't sleep... They told us to open the windows.The next day they turned the AC so much it was below 17°c and we actually had to call again to ask them to please turn it off.The food provided in the breakfast is good and fresh and the service staff is excellent, however there is not much variety and there are virtually no options is you are a diabetic or have insulin resistance.
